Following Cendyn’s acquisition of Pegasus, the core booking engine required a significant UI/UX revamp to compete in a mobile-first market. The challenge was to transform a complex, data-heavy legacy system into a high-conversion tool that reduced friction for travelers across 120+ countries.
Solution
I led the UI and UX enhancements for the Pegasus engine, focusing on streamlining the reservation funnel and optimizing mobile responsiveness. By simplifying the multi-step checkout and introducing a cleaner visual hierarchy, we successfully boosted guest conversion rates and unified the product experience within the Cendyn ecosystem.
